Toeniskoetter Development is the proud recipient of the Silicon Valley Business Journal's Structures Award for Speculative Project of the Year for the new Class A office building at 3303 Scott Boulevard in Santa Clara. Read more about the award and the project here.

The architect is ARC TEC, Inc., the general contractor is Hathaway Dinwiddie, and construction manager is Toeniskoetter Construction, Inc.
