We are very excited to announce two significant promotions at Toeniskoetter Construction, Inc. Dan Amend has been promoted to CEO as well as President and Adam Toeniskoetter has been promoted to Vice President.

“Dan saw the opportunity to start a construction company that focuses on providing personal service to our clients.  He convinced me that there was a marketplace for a family-owned niche company and he was right. Under Dan’s leadership, this company has grown every year.  The title of ‘CEO and President’ reflects this success,” stated Chuck Toeniskoetter, who will continue his role as Chairman.

Dan has been the leader of Toeniskoetter Construction from its inception in the recession year of 2008. Since it started, the company has grown from two employees to fourteen and every year the company has taken on more complex and diverse projects.  He will continue his role as Executive Vice President of Toeniskoetter Development, Inc., which he joined in 1996.

Adam Toeniskoetter has been promoted to Vice President of Toeniskoetter Construction, and as an officer of the company he will be focusing on developing new client relationships and broadening the subcontractor base. Adam started with Toeniskoetter Construction in 2009 as a superintendent and became a project manager in 2013.

“Adam began as an on-site superintendent and from that role learned the nuts-and-bolts of how a project is built,” stated Dan Amend. “While in the field he learned the importance of the subcontractor trades and how important they are to successfully building a project from start to finish. As a project manager, he learned how to manage a project from the top down and has excelled in managing relationships with clients and subcontractors. Now, Adam is moving into a new role with our company that will further take advantage of his unique skills to expand our business.”

Congratulations to Dan and Adam!
