Toeniskoetter Named A Best Place to Work in the Bay Area (Again!)
Toeniskoetter Development, Inc., and Toeniskoetter Construction, Inc., have been named one of Best Places to Work in the Bay Area for the second year in a row. Toeniskoetter moved up in the rankings this year, rising from 11th to 8th among employers with 25-49 employees.
Teamwork, professional growth and development opportunities, and a fun work environment were among the top reasons employees ranked Toeniskoetter so highly.
“The thing that makes this company so special is the people. This is truly a team environment where everyone is dedicated to make this company successful. We communicate with each other, ask each other for help, offer help when it is needed, and we genuinely care about each other and about this company,” said one respondent.
“Best Places to Work” winners are determined on the basis of their employees' responses to the Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Survey, which is administered by a third party. More than 85% of employees had to complete the survey in order to be considered. 96% of Toeniskoetter employees completed the survey.
