Toeniskoetter Breaks Ground on 82,000sf Building
Toeniskoetter Development, Inc., has broken ground on 3303 Scott Boulevard in Santa Clara. The 4-story, 82,000 square foot building is set to be complete by November 2015. Click here for the Silicon Valley Business Journal article about the project.
Located at the corner of Scott Boulevard and Bowers Avenue, the Class A commercial building will be situated near Highway 101 and across the street from the new retail center currently under construction. The project is a partnership between Toeniskoetter Development and Washington Capital Management with ARC TEC, Inc., as the architect and Hathaway Dinwiddie as the general contractor. Toeniskoetter Construction is the construction manager. The broker team from Cassidy Turley includes Dan Hollingsworth, Steve Pace, Tom McGovern, and Brett Krouskup.
