Megan Toeniskoetter Named CEO of Toeniskoetter Construction
Toeniskoetter Construction, Inc., is pleased to announce that Megan Toeniskoetter has been named Chief Executive Officer. Megan was a partner in purchasing the company last year, along with her brother Adam Toeniskoetter, who is president of Toeniskoetter Construction, and Taylor Nordberg, who serves as executive vice president.
As CEO, Megan will oversee business development and the strategic direction of the company. She expects to zero in on tenant improvements, particularly interior remodels and renovations. “We want to build on our reputation as a premier tenant improvement contractor,” she says. While the focus will be on interiors, “our interest in ground-up new construction will certainly continue, with the right opportunities.”
Megan is especially keen on the opportunity to re-think the traditional office space in the post-COVID era: “How will companies want to refresh their workspace? What will the office look like in this new hybrid environment? These are the questions people will be asking, and we want to be right in the middle of creating and customizing these transformations.”
While she interned at the family company as a schoolgirl, handling mail and running construction-site errands, Megan officially joined Toeniskoetter in 2011 as a project coordinator. Over the years, her responsibilities grew to include project administration, marketing, and operations. She views Toeniskoetter employees as the company’s greatest asset. “As I moved through all the various roles I’ve had, the one through-line has been the quality of the people I’ve worked with,” Megan asserts. “Toeniskoetter employees take pride in doing quality work, go the extra mile to support each other, and operate with integrity, honor, and respect. I’m confident that, together, we will continue to do great things.”
