Megan Toeniskoetter Offers Insights on Future of Morgan Hill
The Toeniskoetter companies have long been aware of Morgan Hill's potential, a point Megan Toeniskoetter, Executive Vice President of Toeniskoetter Construction, was able to illustrate personally at a recent Silicon Valley Business Journal event entitled simply, Future of Morgan Hill. “I remember driving down to Morgan Hill as a little girl with my dad Chuck Toeniskoetter,” she recalled. “We parked in front of a big empty field with a single shack on it.” Today, that field is Toeniskoetter’s bustling Cochrane Business Ranch, not too far from Toeniskoetter’s other property, Madrone Business Park.
Both business parks have been integral to attracting and retaining crucial enterprises to Morgan Hill. “We know the city wants to see smart development,” said Megan, “and these properties draw in the kind of industries -- tech, light manufacturing, etc. -- that the city finds most beneficial in the long term.”
Megan expects the company to continue to see Morgan Hill as a place for opportunity. “It’s a city that is friendly to business, has huge growth potential, and is less costly than the surrounding Silicon Valley area.”
